So, where to begin?

Here is an easy to follow check list that will help us to get started. First read all information in this list and it will explain the sign up process. After you read this, you will begin the online sign up which will take about 5 – 15 minutes.

  1. Make your first payment ($199.00) using safe and secure Paypal.
  2. You will fill out a questionnaire that will help us to learn the details of your ministry.
  3. We will use this information to build your site and present you with some layouts, graphics, and color schemes.
  4. We will register your domain name and set up a hosting plan.
  5. You will look at the pages and decide what you like and what should be changed. We will work together to develop the over all look of your site.
    1. This process will include a lot of interaction. We want to give you the best product possible as we meet your specific needs within the confines of time, funding, and technical issues.
    2. One of the ways we keep our costs so incredibly low is by asking you to allow us to make some decisions at our discretion. If we can avoid having to wait for board members to “committee” ideas, it is very helpful. I am talking about things like “the logo should be a little higher” or “maybe we should use a darker shade of green… no a little darker… just a little darker… no too dark…” for example.
  6. We set a time for a telephone training session. We allow 2 hours for this training, however some people like to finish in much less time. We can do this in one sitting, or in multiple segments as you wish. Some people like it all at once; others want time to process the training in small bits. Do not be intimidated by this step. It is really simple and helpful for us to get to know you better. Our goal is to train you how to edit pages and add content easily and professionally with minimal effort. When it is all said and done, you will have total control, and we will just be here for consultation.
  7. You begin to make blog entries, upload photos, and add pages.
  8. We look at your work and make suggestions.
  9. Once you are 100% satisfied with your site, we finalize the installation phase and you send final payment of ($300). Your total site cost will be $499.
