Last week on my “Live Only” HOA I talked about the importance of not trying to be everything to everybody and why it is so important that you are the one who determines who your clients are going to be.
We talked about why it’s ok, when you are getting started, to use some little freebies to get your foot in the door, create a client base, and get some referrals.
But, once you are established you should never have to discount your prices.
Well in order to do either of these first you need to know who your Ideal client is and secondly, where to find them, and third, you need to convert them. Right? This is business. So, how do we do this?
